· Lunch: The diet of diabetic needs to consist foodstuffs such as green leafy vegetables, fish, whole cereal grains or white meat.
Evening time breakfast: Vegetable soups, fruits or biscuits are allowed.
Dinner: A person may consume the same food as had during lunch. Dinner, however, must be relatively lighter.
Bed-time: A glass of milk, skimmed only.
